二、論文獎評選範圍:
本獎項之申請人提供的論文，
三、論文獎申請資格 :
申請人及其指導老師須為台灣營建管理學會會員。若尚未入會，請於 2026 年 10 月 31 日前完成會員申請並通過審核，逾期將不受理博士（碩士）

六、申請人應遵守下列規定：
(一)尊重本獎項評審小組之決議。
(二)本獎項公佈前，
(三)不得有請託、關說、利誘、
(四)參加評選之論文不得有違反學術倫理之情事。
七、本獎項每學年度評選類別、名額與獎勵如下：
博士論文獎項:
(一) 特優博士論文獎，獎狀一紙，獎金 8000 元新台幣
(二) 優等博士論文獎，獎狀一紙，獎金 5000 元新台幣
(三) 佳作博士論文獎，獎狀一紙
(四) 企業博士論文特別獎，頒發獎金與獎狀
碩士論文獎項:
(一) 特優碩士論文獎，獎狀一紙，獎金 5000 元新台幣
(二) 優等碩士論文獎，獎狀一紙，獎金 3000 元新台幣
(三) 佳作碩士論文獎，獎狀一紙
(四) 企業碩士論文特別獎，頒發獎金與獎狀
各獎項之名額，經評審小組決議，得予以從缺或調整。
八、得獎者應配合辦理下列事項：
(一) 提供得獎論文之基本資料。
(二) 得獎獎金應依規定課稅。
九、申請人及其論文有下列情事之一，經查證屬實者，
(一) 未符合第二條至第五條規定。
(二) 得獎論文其後續商品化及行銷行為，有損害本獎之形象或精神。
(三) 得獎論文違反學術倫理經查證屬實並且情節重大者。
獎項有關受理報名、時程、活動資訊、公開表揚及其他相關事宜，

Description:
- The Taiwan Construction Management Association is established to promote domestic research achievements in construction management and encourage the cultivation of construction management talent in Taiwan. The Best Thesis Award is hereby established, and master's and doctoral graduates of the 114 academic year are warmly invited to apply.
- Scope of the Award:
The thesis submitted by the applicant must be a degree thesis for which a doctoral or master's degree was awarded at a domestic university in the academic year immediately preceding the year in which this award is held. - Eligibility:
Both the applicant and the thesis advisor must be members of the Taiwan Construction Management Association. If not yet a member, membership application and approval must be completed by October 31, 2026; late applications for the doctoral or master's Best Thesis Award will not be accepted.

(1) Download and complete the application form, and have it signed by the advisor.
(2) Submit the thesis oral defense approval form.
(3) Submit the complete master's or doctoral thesis, including the title page and Chinese and English abstracts.
Please provide the application form, thesis approval form, and complete thesis as electronic files in PDF format, and merge them into a single PDF file in the order listed above. - Application Period:
Applicants who have prepared the required materials for the 114 academic year Best Thesis Award should email the electronic file of the application materials to tingkwei@mail.ntust.edu.tw by October 31, 2026. - Applicant Obligations:
(1) Respect the decision of the award review committee.
(2) Before the announcement of the award, if the same thesis has already won or is currently under review for another thesis award, the applicant must proactively inform the Association, as this will be an important reference for evaluation.
(3) No solicitation, lobbying, inducement, intimidation, or any other interference with reviewers or the review process is permitted.
(4) Theses submitted for evaluation must not violate academic ethics. - Award Categories, Quotas, and Prizes:
Doctoral Thesis Awards:
(1) Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award, one certificate and NT$8,000; (2) Excellent Doctoral Thesis Award, one certificate and NT$5,000;
(3) Honorable Mention Doctoral Thesis Award, one certificate;
(4) Corporate Special Doctoral Thesis Award, with prize money and a certificate.
Master’s Thesis Awards:
(1) Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award, one certificate and NT$5,000; (2) Excellent Master’s Thesis Award, one certificate and NT$3,000;
(3) Honorable Mention Master’s Thesis Award, one certificate;
(4) Corporate Special Master’s Thesis Award, with prize money and a certificate.
The number of awards in each category may be withheld or adjusted according to the decision of the review committee. The review results will be announced on the Association’s website, and the titles and basic information of the winning theses will be made available for public viewing. Abstracts of the winning theses will also be distributed to all members via bulk email. Certificates will be issued in the name of the Association. The list of winners will be announced after the joint meeting of the Board of Directors and Supervisors in the following year. Certificates and prize money will be sent by remittance and mail, or a separate award ceremony may be arranged depending on the circumstances.
- Obligations of Winners:
(1) Provide basic information about the awarded thesis.
(2) Prize money must be taxed in accordance with regulations. - Grounds for Disqualification:
If any of the following conditions are found to be true, the applicant will be disqualified; if discovered after the selection process, the award eligibility will be revoked and any certificate and prize money already received will be recovered:
(1) Failure to meet the requirements set forth in Articles 2 through 5.
(2) Any commercialization or marketing of the awarded thesis that damages the image or spirit of the award.
(3) Serious violations of academic ethics in the awarded thesis that are confirmed upon investigation.
Matters related to application acceptance, schedule, event information, public recognition, and other related affairs shall be handled in accordance with the annual application and review regulations issued by the Association.
