說明:
一、評選範圍:
本獎項之申請人提供的論文，應於本獎項辦理之前一學年度於國內各校獲得博士或碩士學位之學位論文。
二、申請人應提供以下申請資料:
(一)請於 Google 表單中填寫作者基本資料及論文中英文摘要https://forms.gle/ET6P86Zt2sL5G3499
(二)請下載論文推薦表（附件）填寫完成，並請指導教授填寫推薦意見並簽章
(三)請提供論文首頁
(四)請提供論文考試審定書
(五)請提供碩博士完整論文
(六)論文推薦表、論文首頁、論文考試審定書、碩博士完整論文請提供電子檔(PDF格式)。
三、申請時間:
申請人備妥相關申請資料，申請112學年度碩博士優秀論文獎， 請於2024年10月31日前將申請資料電子檔寄到 tingkwei@nkust.edu.tw。
四、申請人應遵守下列規定：
(一)尊重本獎項評審小組之決議。
(二)本獎項公佈前，若同一論文曾在其他論文獎項評審獲獎或正在評審中，應主動告知本學會，以作為評審之重要參考依據。
(三)不得有請託、關說、利誘、威脅或其他干擾評審委員及評審程序之情事。
(四)參加評選之論文不得有違反學術倫理之情事。
五、本獎項每學年度評選類別、名額與獎勵如下：
(一) 特優碩士論文獎二名，獎狀一紙，獎金5000元新台幣。
(二) 優等碩士論文獎五名，獎狀一紙，獎金3000元新台幣。
(三) 特優博士論文獎一名，獎狀一紙，獎金8000元新台幣。
(四) 優等博士論文獎三名，獎狀一紙，獎金5000元新台幣。
前項各獎項經評審小組決議，得從缺或調整。評審結果將公佈於學會網站，公開閱覽獲獎的論文名稱與基本資料，得獎論文摘要將透過學會大宗郵件寄送給全體會員。本獎項獎狀以本學會名義頒發，並於每年3月於學會理監事聯席會議頒獎表揚之。
六、得獎者應配合辦理下列事項：
(一) 提供得獎論文之基本資料。
(二) 得獎獎金應依規定課稅。
七、申請人及其論文有下列情事之一，經查證屬實者，取消申請資格；於評選完成後發現者，撤銷得獎資格，並追回已領之獎狀及獎金：
(一) 未符合第二條至第四條規定。
(二) 得獎論文其後續商品化及行銷行為，有損害本獎之形象或精神。
(三) 得獎論文違反學術倫理經查證屬實並且情節重大者。
獎項有關受理報名、時程、活動資訊、公開表揚及其他相關事宜，依本學會按年度發布之申請、評審作業須知及其相關規定辦理。
Purpose:
The Taiwan Construction Management Association (TCMA) has established the Best Doctoral and Master's Thesis Award to inspire student research potential, promote domestic construction management research achievements, and enhance the international alignment of Taiwan's construction management talent. We welcome students to apply actively.
Directions:
- Scope:
Applicants should submit their theses, which must have been completed. The degree must be awarded in the announced academic year. Applicants must have received a master's or doctoral degree from a domestic university in Taiwan.
- Application Materials:
Applicants should provide the following materials:
- (1) Please fill out the author's basic information and thesis abstract in Chinese as well as English on the Google Form: https://forms.gle/ET6P86Zt2sL5G3499
- (2) Please download the thesis recommendation form (attached), complete it, and ensure that your advisor fills out the recommendation comments and signs it.
- (3) Please provide the thesis title page.
(4) Please provide the thesis examination approval form.
(5) Please provide the complete master's or doctoral thesis.
The recommendation form, thesis title page, examination approval form, and the complete master's or doctoral thesis should be in electronic format (PDF).
- Application Time:
Applicants need to prepare the necessary materials and submit the electronic files for the 112th academic year's Best Thesis Award by October 31, 2024, to tingkwei@nkust.edu.tw.
- Applicants Should Comply with the Following Regulations:
(1) Respect the decision of the award review committee.
(2) Before the announcement of this award, if the same thesis has won other awards or is under review for different awards, the applicant must inform the association. This will be an essential reference for the review.
(3) Do not solicit, lobby, bribe, threaten, or interfere in any way with the review committee members or the review process.
(4) The submitted thesis should not violate academic ethics.
- Award Categories, Quotas, and Rewards for Each Academic Year:
(1) Two best master's thesis awards: a certificate and a prize of NT$5,000.
(2) Five excellent master's thesis awards: a certificate and a prize of NT$3,000.
(3) One best doctoral thesis award: a certificate and a prize of NT$8,000.
(4) Three excellent doctoral thesis awards: a certificate and a prize of NT$5,000.
The review committee will decide whether to award the aforementioned prizes, which may be withheld or adjusted. The review results will be published on the TCMA's website. The title and basic information of the winning paper are publicly available for viewing, and abstracts of the winning papers will be sent to all members via bulk email. The awards will be issued in the name of TCMA and presented and recognized at the joint meeting of the society's board of directors and supervisors each March.
- Award Recipients Should Comply with the Following:
(1) Provide basic information about the award-winning thesis.
(2) The prize money is subject to taxation by regulations.
- Applicants and Their Theses Will Be Disqualified Under the Following Circumstances:
(1) Failure to meet the requirements outlined in Regulations 2 through 4.
(2) Subsequent commercialization and marketing behavior of the award-winning thesis that damages the image or spirit of the award.
(3) Violation of academic ethics in the award-winning thesis, verified and considered severe.
Applications will be processed according to the association's annual application and review guidelines and related regulations, including event details, schedule, and public acknowledgment.
